Google Maps new feature is now Live Location share
Google has recently rolled out a new feature on Google Maps, reminiscent of WhatsApp’s real-time location sharing. Specifically designed for Android users without additional modifications from phone companies, this feature eliminates the need for additional applications to share one’s location.
Unlike previous options, such as WhatsApp’s time-limited location sharing, Google’s version seamlessly integrates within Android phones without requiring any extra apps. This development is expected to be particularly beneficial for Android users, streamlining the process of sharing location information without the necessity of relying on external applications.
How to share your live location using Google maps-
- Open Google Apps.
- Login to your Google Account
- Click on the Blue dot that shows your location.
- Share Location tab will open as your click on the Blue dot.
- Click on the share tab and set time for which you want to share your live location.
- Click on the name of person you want to share your location with.
It is super easy and you can stop sharing your location by the same process and clicking on stop sharing tab G.
